Gotta love their sense of humor

HUB 51 (51 W. Hubbard St.) owners—and siblings—R.J. and Jerrod Melman show off their silly side with this hiring video parodying the classic late-night informercials with host extraordinaire Tom Vu (starring local actor Vince Minh).

The River North restaurant, a subdivision of Lettuce Entertain You, is scheduled to open on June 10 with a hip, youthful vibe, casual dining menu and enviable music program.
