Hot Chocolate Pastry Goddess Mindy Segal got engaged a couple of months ago.
How excited do you think she is?!
Well, she was so excited that she decided to share her jubilation with diners by adding a special dessert section to the menu:
Chocolates
"I LOVE YOU" . . .MINT milk chocolate and peppermint frozen nougat, peppermint patty, minted brownie, oreo/candy cane meringue, Fernet Branca pouring cream
HE "POPPED" THE QUESTION! . . . black forest cheesecake torte; layers of chocolate kriek cake & vanilla bean cheesecake, hazelnut financier and Zingerman’s farmer cheese cannoli "logs" served with local cherries poached in their own juice
Seasonal Desserts
O'DAN-A BANANA a "nilla pudding" icebox cake. . . nilla wafers, cocoa nib ganache, vanilla bean pudding, bananas foster sauce and a chocolate phosphate
"I SAID YES!" BAKED ALASKA brown butter shortbread, strawberry jam ice cream, strawberry lambic and rhubarb compote, pistachio streusel
MY HONEY PIE . . . warm and luscious honey pie with honey-roasted peanuts, honey caramel, berry-rosé syrup, graham cracker and pb & j ice cream sandwich
