NoMi Unveils Park Chocolate Bar

Photobucket

In early November, Eater Chicago introduced us to Forever Yogurt's hot chocolate bar, and while that sounds super cool, it was missing one thing for boozehounds like us.

It needed a spiked element, which is why we're pretty excited about NoMi Kitchen's brand-new Park Chocolate Bar.

NoMi's pastry chef Meg Galus has carved out a section in the lounge where she'll serve 13 oz. cups of Valrhona hot chocolate. And to make your cup of cocoa even more special, she's created an assortment of topping, including coconut, peanut butter (?!), licorice marshmallows, banana, cinnamon, vanilla malt whipped cream, espresso, salted caramel, rock sugar, peppermint sticks and orange syrups.

It's $10 a cup, and if you add a touch of booze (Kahlua, Grand Marnier, Frangelico, bourbon or rum), it's a little extra ($6-$7). It's offered noon-5pm daily.
